Serenitea Campaigns For Tea-Drinking With ‘Loyaltea’ Card
Serenitea launched a loyalty reward card called the ‘Loyaltea Reward Card’ as a way to encourage consumers to choose tea-drinking for its health benefits.
World-widely known being a great anti-oxidant, tea prevents cancer, contributes to hydration, heart, brain and bone health, and immunity to infections.
“From a coffee-drinking country, we want to campaign to make this country to a tea-drinking country,” quips Serenitea Supervisor Enrico Luk.

Serenitea franchise in Cebu opened last April 1, 2013 at the Calyx Center, Asiatown, I.T. Park under Innoland Development’s supervision. It has 31 other branches in Manila. Most of its market are the young professionals.
Tea in the shop is sourced from the different parts of the world like Europe and Asia. It serves green, black and fruit tea among others. Bestsellers are the Okinawa Milk Tea and the Wintermelon Tea. Certainly Serenitea’s tea drinks are not just ‘your ordinary cup of tea’ as it is the only tea shop that uses a Tea Espresso Machine. With it, tea is made more flavorful.
Price range is P95 to P125. It has 80 to 90 flavors of tea available.
Serenitea is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays and extends on weekends with sister brand, Sunburst’s live acoustic music, available.
For the ‘Loyaltea’ card, it is given for free upon purchase of any Serenitea product. Each card has 12 ticket boxes at the back, which can be signed on by the authorized staff upon every purchase of any type of drink. Fourth ticket box entitles one for a FREE additional sinker of choice, eight box is FREE upgrade from small to medium or medium to large, and 12th box is one FREE medium-sized drink from Serenitea’s Top 10 Drinks List with two additional sinkers.
