“Pinch my Salt” takes over in the restaurant’s grill area, where an array of salt flavors are available to season the diners’ food better and more flavorful! One can choose from among the seafood, meat poultry, fruits and vegetables and pair it with the salt flavor of choice then set it off to be grilled and savored.

There are eight kinds of salt: Fleur de Sel or meant “flower of salt” in French is unique in its own way because it can only be harvested at a certain day and time of the year; Smoked salt on the other hand is an aromatic salt with smoke flavoring , a seasoning and is used as a shortcut to add smoked flavor to foods; Sel Gris is the traditional salt granules; Bitter Salt, from the name itself, is bitter but once mixed with something sweet such as fruits creates an amazing taste; Confectioner Salt works best on desserts while Shio Salt which “Shio” in Japanese means salt tastes like seaweed, Konbu and Wakame, and is often found in body scrubs but is of course edible; and lastly the Flakes Salt which is not the usual powder as it is the kind of salt that has more texture.
The different kinds of salt are available daily at the grill area in Puso Bistro and Bar during lunch and dinner buffet. Buffet is at P499++ on weekdays and P599++ on weekends.
