Moderate Rain Over Caraga, Davao – PAGASA
PAGASA said light to moderate rain may be over Caraga and Davao regions Wednesday.
It added that the Northeast Monsoon is affecting Luzon and could intensify in the next few days.
PAGASA also said Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rain while the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
It added that moderate to strong winds from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
In some parts of the country, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast to north with slight to moderate seas.
PAGASA said they expect the Northeast Monsoon to intensify in the coming days, adding that they may issue gale warning in the coming days due to Amihan.
