SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression “INDAY” was estimated based on all available data at 995 km East Northeast of Basco, Batanes (22.5⁰ N, 131.3⁰ E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 105 km/h. It is moving Northwest at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon.
FORECAST: Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with occasional rains due to Habagat. Visayas will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Palawan & Occidental Mindoro will have moderate to strong winds blowing from the Southwest with moderate to rough seas. Visayas will have moderate winds from the South to Southwest with moderate seas.
