Drilon Says Roxas Is Still LPs Presidential Candidate

Iloilo City (PNA) — Senate President, Franklin M. Drilon, confirmed that it is still Interior Sec. Mar Roxas who is the presidential candidate of the Liberal Party (LP) in the 2016 elections.

Drilon, who was here over the weekend, denied for the nth time rumors that he is also being endorsed to be the LP’s presidential candidate.

”Mar Roxas is our (LP) presidential candidate,” Drilon told the media in Iloilo.

In Iloilo, there are some people who are also pushing for Drilon to be finally fielded by the LP as presidential candidate because of the many projects that he has already brought to Iloilo city and province.
