Dealing with Pain

“In all their affliction He was afflicted, and the angel of His presence saved them: in His love and in His pity He redeemed them and He bare them and carried them all the days of old.” Isaiah 63:9

‘Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.” Romans 8:26

It is easier to deal with pain when someone is helping us through it. God feels our pain. He knows what we are going through and is in the best position to help us. He wants us to put our pain on His shoulders so He can bear it for us.

“Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and He shall sustain thee: He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.” Psalm 55:22
