CebuCon Stages at SM Trade Hall
The Cebu Construction Show held its exhibit at the SM City Cebu Trade Hall last June 7 to 10, 2013. L.A. Ducut and Company, Inc. organized the event with the partnership of the Hardwares Consolidated Inc.(HCI) with its president Anthony Lim.
Companies like Asia’s Best, consistent participant of the show for eight years, iTrade which featured breakthrough technology in toilet products, and Mariwasa was just a few of the 100 exhibitors who participated in the show.
Lilibeth Ducut-Abais, managing director of L.A. Ducut, said that the Cebu Construction Show strives to showcase almost comprehensive construction products and technology, covering from groundwork to finishing, as far as building and construction projects are concerned. It also features products for post construction needs like operations, maintenance, management, and renovation in the exhibit.
According to Abais, their 21 years of existence since 1993 in the Cebu market, despite weathering through several serious economic conditions, shows their commitment to bring such exhibit in the southern Philippines with Cebu City as the venue.

Lim, also sales and marketing manager of Asia’s Best, on the other hand said that what sets CebuCon apart from the other construction shows is its focus to deliver one show to the market. He also said that much of the success of his business is attributed to the Cebu Construction Show. With only one product during the first time he participated, now, he has expanded to several product lines and has distributed to almost all areas of Luzon.
CebuCon 2013 is the biggest among its other construction shows conducted, according to Abais.
