‘BIGGER AND DIFFERENT’ SOCA

In this photo, Cebu City Mayor Mike Rama delivered his inaugural message last week (July 1, 2015) during the City Council’s third inaugural session. The State of the City Address (SOCA) this year, Rama said, will be bigger and different. He said he chose to give the SOCA on July 4, Saturday at Plaza Independencia, for historical reasons that that day is the original date of the declaration of Philippine Independence.
