Basecamp Offers Fun and Age-Appropriate Digital Courses for Kids, Teens, and Young Adults
Basecamp, the official training provider of Power Mac Center (PMC), offers digital courses for kids, teens, and young adults to equip them with essential digital skills in today’s modern world. The courses, named “Design Trail” and “Vision Hub,” cover topics such as animation, game design, web design, video editing, and app development. The Design Trail for Kids also includes non-digital courses on drawing, painting, and science experiments. The modules are available in Cebuano for enrollees in the Visayas and Mindanao regions. The courses will start on April 11, 2023, and will be available year-round.
According to Basecamp Head Maleng Raysag, their aim is to provide the best digital learning experience for kids, and their courses are conducted by expert mentors who can address kids’ natural inquisitiveness and ensure their holistic development. Basecamp uses Apple technology to prepare youngsters to become future animation artists, programmers, and filmmakers.
The courses strengthen visual communication skills, programming and STEM skills, and analog skills, such as drawing, painting, printmaking, and manga-creation. The courses can be conducted either online or face-to-face and are priced at P2,500 per student per course for online sessions and P3,000 for face-to-face classes. Non-digital courses can be availed at P3,000 each, and Vision Hub’s online courses are priced at P5,500 per head per course.
Early registrants can enjoy a P500 discount on their training fee, which will be reflected in their invoice. Those interested can visit Design Trail and Vision Hub for the full list of classes, schedules, and other details.
