FORECAST: Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to ITCZ. Visayas and Occidental Mindoro will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds from the Northeast to East will prevail over Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro with slight to moderate seas.
