SYNOPSIS: Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao
FORECAST: Central and Western Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to ITCZ. Eastern Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds from the East to Southeast will prevail over Palawan and Occidental Mindoro and from the Southwest to West over Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
