SYNOPSIS: Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao
FORECAST: Western and Central Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to ITCZ. Eastern Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or localized thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds from the Northeast to East will prevail over Palawan and Occidental Mindoro and from the Southwest to South over Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
