FORECAST: Central and Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to trough of LPA. Western Visayas, Occidental Mindoro, and Palawan will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or localized thunderstorms.
