SYNOPSIS: As of 3:00 am today, the center of Tropical Depression DOMENG was estimated, based on all available data, at 605 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (14.3N, 129.8E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 60 km/h. It is forecast to move North Northwest at 15 km/h. Monsoon Trough is affecting Luzon and Visayas.
FORECAST: Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due Monsoon Trough.
Moderate to strong winds from Southwest will prevail over Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas.
