SYNOPSIS: Ridge of High Pressure Area (HPA) affecting Northern Luzon. Easterlies affecting the rest of the country.

FORECAST:
Then province of Cebu and the rest of Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. Moderate to occasionally strong wind from the East to Northeast will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas. Light to moderate winds from the East  will prevail over the rest of Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
