Moderate to strong wind from the Northeast to Northwest will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas, and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Light to moderate winds from the North to Northwest will prevail over the rest of Visayas, Palawan, & Occidental Mindoro with slight to moderate seas.
