SYNOPSIS: Tail-End of a Cold Front is affecting Eastern Visayas. Northeast Monsoon is affecting Luzon.

FORECAST:

Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, and the rest of Visayas will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast to East will prevail over the Eastern section of Visayas and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Meanwhile, light to moderate winds from the Northeast to East will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro and the rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
