SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon is affecting the Extreme Northern Luzon. Easterlies are affecting the rest of the country.

FORECAST:

Central and Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, and the rest of Visayas will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the East to Northeast will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
