Visayas Weather Forecast: November 16, 2017

SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 355 km Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (6.1 N, 128.6 E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.

FORECAST:

Cebu and the rest of Central and Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to LPA. Western Visayas and the provinces of Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will experience  partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the Eastern section of Visayas and the coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.

Light to moderate winds from the Northeast will prevail over the rest of Visayas and the provinces of Occidental Mindoro and Palawan and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
