Synopsis: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression “Odette“ was estimated based on all available data at 765km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (17.4N, 128.9E) with maximum winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 65 km/h. It is forecast to move West at 26 km/h.

FORECAST:

Visayas and the provinces of Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast to Northwest will prevail over Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds from the West to Southwest will prevail over Visayas with moderate to occasionally rough seas.
