FORECAST:

Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over Central Visayas and Negros Island. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over rest of Visayas. Light to moderate winds coming from Southeast to South will prevail over whole Visayas and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
