HEAVY RAINS THURSDAY

Motorists squabble this knee-depth water along Barangay Tipolo in Mandaue as heavy rains, as per PAGASA advisory Thursday, continues to affect the cities of Mandaue, Lapulapu, Talisay and Cordova town. PAGASA added the rains may continue for two hours.

The weather bureau also advised precautionary measures against strong winds and possible flashfood.
