Youtube Makeup Gurus Hold Workshop in Cebu

Beauty aficionados gathered at Harold’s Hotel last October 19, 2013 for a makeup workshop hosted by Cebuano makeup artists Noe Mae Villagonzalo, Janra Avissa Gimenez, and Manila-based Say Tioco Artillero, who are known for their Youtube makeup video tutorials. Dubbed as “Makeup Made Easy by Say and Noe Workshop”, participants were taught on the facets of basic makeup application.

Noe kicked start the workshop event with an in-depth discussion on the types of brushes and makeup tools. She also tackled with the attendees the correct usage and proper care of these gadgets. Afterwhich, the young Cebuano makeup artist demonstrated the proper way of applying foundation while also discussing its techniques and the right tools to do so.

Say took over after to talk about contouring and highlighting, and then eyebrow grooming and maintaining it. Both makeup artists proceeded to show how a daytime makeup look can transition to a makeup look suitable for the nighttime. At the end of the workshop, the participants received goodie bags and special prizes courtesy of NYX Cosmetics Philippines, CarmenClaire Cosmetics, Make Up Hub By Naturele Collezione, The Style Quarter, Beauty Cosmetics, Chedelyn’s Cosmetics Collection, Krave Minerale Cosmeceuticals, Aix Ocampo Bags and Absynthe Bath and Beauty.
