Waterfront Cebu Presents New Hotel Executives
Waterfront Cebu Cebu City Hotel and Casino is proud to introduce to the public its newest international hotel executives.
An Australian national, Grant Raymond Jefferies, is now the General Manager of Waterfront Hotel Cebu. He would play the most critical role in taking the service standards of the hotel and the overall experience of the guests up to the next level.
With 27 years of valuable experience in many aspects of the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, cruise liners, and casinos across Pacific, Europe, USA, and South East Asia, Waterfront believes that he and his team will lead the market.
Together with him are Mark Mudler, hotel’s latest Executive Chef and Michele Cantini, the new Director of Food and Beverage.
Chef Mark is a Dutch national and has almost 2 decades of culinary experience across Europe, USA and Asia. He has notable strong points in training, staff motivation, cost control, and also exposure in a wide variety of cuisines including pastry and bakery.
Waterfront believes that with Chef Mark’s delectable cuisines,they will be expanding the hotel’s kitchen development while maintaining new fashion.
On the other hand, Director Michele Cantini is an Italian national. He gained his knowledge and expertise in food, wine and beverage in various hotels and restaurants in Italy and China.
Excellent customer relations and strong organizational skills are his best practices which added to his reputable name. For that, the hotel believes that he would an essential playerin the Food and Beverage field, meeting guests’ expectations or even raising it even higher.
With Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino’s newest culinary and executive team, they believe that they’ll surely stay on top of the game in the world of hospitality.
