Watch ‘Sinulog In The Air’ at The Padgett Place Cebu

The Padgett Place Cebu, a 26-storey condominium located at the expansive part of Barangay Lahug opens its doors as they celebrate their three-day “Sinulog in the Air” spectacular–the very first to take place in Cebu.

This unique way of celebrating the festival was conceptualized to promote The Padgett’s lifestyle of space. A Duros Land Properties Inc.’s striking way of expressing gratitude to the Sto. Nino for favors received in its more than 26 years of existence, and a fitting way of thanksgiving for the developer of Cebu’s only leisure condominium.

The Padgett Place Cebu is a premium, low density condominium with only 191 units at the heart of Cebu’s high end, urban residential and business district. Compared to the dense, cramped living spaces in the streets of the Metropolis, the developers decided to only build a one tower condominium that occupies the one third of a 3,500 square meter property. This allowed them to surround the place with expansive greenery to buffer the noise and pollution from the streets. Units are 70% sold and shall be completely turned over to its residents by July this year. It is conveniently located along Molave Street, Cebu City and within the walking distance to go to shopping, do business, or to simply have fun. Its developer the Duros Land, is a member of the Duros Group of companies, a multi-sectoral conglomerate and enterprise including a Triple A contracting company and real estate development corporation with the Padgett Place as its flagship project and the Duros Mountain Resort and Golf Club as another major project which is expected to be operational on 2016.

The Padgett Place is very confident to do its Sinulog in the air treat due to its large open grounds. They have invited rappelers, Sinulog dancers and the Synergy air dancers from ABS-CBN’s hit reality TV show, the “Pilipinas Got Talent (PGT)”. According to the Duros Land officials during the interview, the activity emphasizes the size of its grounds, which the condominium project has to offer to its would-be residents, but also the height of the building.

The condominium will be open to locals and tourists for a free viewing every 3-6 p.m. starting today to January 18, to celebrate and enjoy the festival the Padgett Place Cebu way.
