Walk This Way!
Bought those gorgeous heels but you’re afraid you can’t take it? Ready to rick your high heels with grace and confidence! Here’s how:
1. Your posture: Shoulder’s back. Keep your head high and arch your back a bit, but don’t lean forward!
2. Your first step: Don’t step with your toes first! Your heel is more secure. Put your foot down heel first, then shift weight to the ball fo your foot.
3: Your movement: Don’t take long steps or you’ll lose balance. Move hips slightly from side to side- like you’re using a Hula Hoop!
4. Your stride: Take smaller steps than usual, feet angled a bit away from each other.
