Burning your midnight candles just to study for exams or finishing up your report due the next day will surely keep you down the next day at school or work. Try these tips to help keep your energy levels up the next day!

Start your morning right by listening to your all-time favorite tracks. Music keeps you awake during a night of slaving away behind your books and your laptop. Studies have shown that listening to good music significantly enhances one’s mood and performance.

Exercise is another way to keep you awake. It helps boost your energy and improve blood circulation. Try stretching and you can massage your face too while washing.

Caffeineis the most common solution to those in need of a quick fix since it’s known to increase your level of awareness. You can also try healthier, non-caffeinated alternatives like water or tea like C2.
