Vision to See

“The people’s minds were hardened… A veil covers their minds so they cannot understand the truth. And this veil can be removed only by believing in Christ.” 2 Corinthians 3:14

“Elisha prays, ‘O Lord, open his eyes and let him see!’ The Lord opened his servant’s eyes, and when he looked up, he saw that the hillside around Elisha was filled with horses and chariots of fire.” 2 Kings 6:17

It seems ironic that the only way some of us to see better is to wear glasses. With it, we see clearer. With spiritual vision, we need the lens of belief in Jesus Christ -believing that He is Lord and Savior and we will see that there is much more happening than what we physically see. When we face insurmountable catastrophes, let us remember that it is with a purpose. Let us ask God to help us have the ability to have faith on Jesus Christ, accepting Him as Lord and Savior, for us to view God’s power in the midst of troubles.

“He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” Psalm 46:10
