SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 am today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 265 km Southwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (7.8N, 117.4E). Tail-end of a Cold Front is affecting the Eastern section of Southern Luzon and of Visayas.

FORECAST: Palawan and Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of Visayas and the province of Occidental Mindoro will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the East to Northeast will prevail over the Eastern section of Visayas and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. While, light to moderate winds blowing from the East to Northeast will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
