Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, Cebu and the rest of Visayas due to the Low Pressure Area.

Light to moderate winds blowing from Northeast to Northwest will prevail over Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
