Synopsis: Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas.

FORECAST:

Western Visayas and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms. While, Occidental Mindoro, Cebu and the rest of Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northwest to West will prevail over Palawan, and from Northeast to Northwest will prevail over Visayas and Occidental Mindoro. The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
