Synopsis: Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas.

FORECAST:

Western Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms. While Cebu, and the rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Southwest to West will prevail over Visayas and Palawan, and from North to Northeast will prevail over Occidental Mindoro. The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
