Synopsis: At 3:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon “PAOLO” was located based on all available data at 895 km East of Daet, Camarines Norte (14.7N, 131.2E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 145 km/h. It is forecast to move North Northwest at 15 km/h. Meanwhile, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 185 km West of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (9.6N, 115.7E).
FORECAST:

Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rains and thunderstorms

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast to Northwest will prevail over Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
