Synopsis: The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

FORECAST:

Palawan, and Western Visayas will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains with thunderstorms due to ITCZ. Occidental Mindoro, and Eastern and Central Visayas will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Southwest to Southeast will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro and Western Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the Southwest to West will prevail over the rest of Visayas with light to moderate seas.
