Synopsis: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm “Odette” was estimated based on all available data including Aparri Doppler Radar in the vicinity of Gattaran, Cagayan(18.1N, 121.9E) with maximum winds of 75 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 100km/h. It is forecast to move West at 24 km/h.

FORECAST:

Visayas and the provinces of Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains with thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast to Northwest will prevail over Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds from the West to Southwest will prevail over Visayas with moderate to occasionally rough seas.
