Synopsis: At 3:00 AM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 350 km East of Casiguran, Aurora (16.2N, 125.4E).

FORECAST:

Visayas and the provinces of Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds from the Northeast to Northwest will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and Eastern Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough.

Light to moderate winds from the Northwest to West will prevail over the rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
