SYNOPSIS: Tail-end of a cold front affecting the eastern section of Northern and of Central Luzon. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting the eastern section of Visayas & Mindanao. Northeast Monsoon affecting extreme Northern Luzon.

FORECAST:

Cebu and the rest of Visayas and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by Tail-end of a Cold Front / ITCZ. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms is expected over Occidental Mindoro.
Light to moderate winds from the East will prevail and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
