FORECAST: Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. Palawan, & Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rainshowers due to Amihan.

Strong to gale force wind from the Northeast will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas and the coastal waters will be rough to very rough. Moderate to strong wind will prevail over the rest of Visayas, Palawan & Occidental Mindoro and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
