SYNOPSIS: Trough of Tropical Storm Jewalat (Int’l Name) affecting Eastern Visayas. Northeast Monsoon prevailing over Luzon.

FORECAST:

Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the Trough of TS Jewalat. The rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. Palawan & Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast monsoon.

Strong to gale force wind from the Northeast will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas and the coastal waters will be rough to very rough. Moderate to strong wind will prevail over the rest of Visayas, Palawan & Occidental Mindoro and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
