SYNOPSIS: Tail-End of a Cold Front (TECF) affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon and Central Luzon.

FORECAST:

Samar Provinces will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to TECF. Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, and the rest of Visayas will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the Eastern section of Visayas and its coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the rest of Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro with slight to moderate seas.
