SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 95km East of Butuan City, Agusan Del Norte (8.9N, 126.4E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon & Central Luzon.

FORECAST:

Northern Cebu and Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to LPA. Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, and the rest of Visayas will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the Southeast to Northeast will prevail over the Eastern section of Visayas and its coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the rest of Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro with slight to moderate seas.
