SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon. Easterlies affects the eastern section of the country.

FORECAST: Samar provinces will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, and the rest of Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Eastern Visayas and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. While, light to moderate winds blowing from the East to Northeast will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
