SYNOPSIS: Easterlies affecting the eastern section of the country.

FORECAST: Samar provinces will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest of Visayas will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the East to Northeast will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
