SYNOPSIS:Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon. Trough of a Low Pressure Area (LPA) affecting Eastern Visayas.

FORECAST:
Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the Trough of LPA. Western and Central Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. Meanwhile, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains due to Northeast monsoon.

Strong to gale force wind from the Northeast will prevail over Palawan, and the coastal waters will be rough to very rough. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the Eastern section of Visayas and Occidental Mindoro and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Meanwhile, light to moderate winds from the Northeast to North will prevail over the rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
