Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms is expected over Eastern Visayas.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains or thunderstorms will prevail over Cebu and the rest Visayas.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the East to Northeast will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas, and coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the Northeast with slight to moderate seas.
