Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Eastern Visayas and the coastal waters along these area will be moderate to rough.

The rest of Visayas, winds will be light to moderate coming from the Northeast to east with slight to moderate seas over Metro Cebu.
