UC Director for Marketing and Corporate Communications Marylou Labrador Neri shared, “We were particularly touched by the generosity of two unnamed good souls who separately gave P20 and 1/4kilo of rice. May God bless you as your gestures really came from the heart!”
According to Neri, “UC has taken the initiative to collect, repack and distribute the donated goods because we have the logistical resources necessary to do all these. Our students supply the manpower. We are officially collaborating with DSWD, SunStar Cebu, the Rotary International and Metro Cebu Uptown Jaycees to mobilize the donations.”
