Traffic Rerouting During National Youth Day Procession

Cebu City Transportation Office (CCTO) in coordination with the Traffic Patrol Group and Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) announced the roads that will be rerouted for the National Youth Day activities in April 24 and April 27.

The public is advised to follow the traffic plan affected roads during the opening procession of the National Youth Day on Wednesday 24, 2019. From 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm or until the procession is finished the public is advised to avoid the roads that will be affected.

The opening procession will start from Cebu City Sports Complex passing through P. del Rosario St., right turn to Osmeña Blvd., right turn to F. Gonzales St., left turn to Magallanes St., and ends in Magellan’s Cross.

On Saturday, April 27, 2019, At 2:00 pm to 7:00pm or until the event ends, half of the road from Osmeña Blvd. to Cebu City Sports Complex  will be closed for the Pilgrim Walk of the National Youth Day.

Public Utility Jeepneys (PUJ’s) which routes will be affected are also rerouted during the events.

Vehicles owners are also asked to abide the traffic plan in the affected areas. Traffic enforcers will be deployed in the areas affected by the National Youth Day activities to assists motorists and commuters. (ASC)
