Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation Inaugurates dusitD2 Davao Hotel

Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC), together with Dusit International, are changing the landscape of Davao with the inauguration of dusitD2 Davao hotel. The dusitD2 Davao is TLDC’s latest premium development in the Davao region.

In an inaugural event held last September 6, 2019, TLDC Chief Executive Officer Tomas P. Lorenzo and Dusit International Chief Operations Officer Lim, Boon Kwee welcomed guests to the Dusit Thani Grand Ballroom to mark the official opening of dusitD2 Davao hotel.

Simultaneous with the grand opening was TLDC’s donation to the Armed Forces of the Philippines Educational Benefit System Office (AFPEBSO), which provides assistance to the dependents of wounded soldiers. CEO Mr. Lorenzo ceremonially turned over the first tranche of the donation to Major General Erickson R. Gloria, the AFP Deputy Chief of Staff and AFPEBS Board of Trustees (BOT) Chairperson; with President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and AFPEBSO beneficiaries present to witness the event.

The inauguration of dusitD2 Davao hotel celebrated collaborations among Dusit International, TLDC, and AFPEBSO, with the Dusit Thani Grand Ballroom as the setting.

dusitD2 Davao hotel blends urban living with the finest hotel amenities, such as all-day dining, specialty dining outlets, the renowned Namm Spa, lap and child-friendly pools, kids’ play zone, as well as function halls and a business center for meetings and conventions.

TLDC started its business by addressing the growing need of students for better university residences. The company’s partnership with Dusit International is their first foray into premium lifestyle developments.
