Analytics

Analytics, on the other hand, involves using data and metrics to measure business performance and provide strategies going forward. By tracking key metrics like sales, website traffic, and customer feedback, you can gain valuable insights into your business’s strengths and weaknesses.

Analytics can help identify trends, measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven decisions.

Analytics is best suited for the entrepreneur who relies on precision for every strike—be it a sale, the timing of a promo, when to post on social media, and other matters.

Both the eye test and analytics offer valuable perspectives. While the eye test provides a qualitative understanding, analytics offer a quantitative perspective. The key here would be combining these two approaches. Relying solely on the eye test can lead to biased judgments while relying solely on analytics might overlook important nuances.
